I’m wondering if rendering aid to bibi’s genocide could yield war crime charges on members of foreign nations’ administrations? I’m not asking if it’s likely, I’m asking if legal mechanisms are in place for this.

I suspected as much. Leads to my next musing: will the United States at any point begin to wonder, since the whole world is noticing, “Are we misguided in our policies? Is a course correction in order?” without being checked by external forces?
It seems like a long shot, but sometimes miracles do happen.
I think it could certainly add weight to any future process to bring these leaders to justice. It will be more difficult to use the “we didn’t know” defense.
