    It’s mindfulness and will have healing effects from that alone. Just sitting in a quiet dark room by yourself without moving for 45 minutes is therapeutic.

          I’m making a play on the “can confirm” reply format by mixing it with the dichotomy question “confirm/deny”

          I’m saying that what you described isn’t therapeutic, and I know that because I do exactly that when I have migraines.

            I’m saying that it’s not medically therapeutic but can be psychologically therapeutic.
