And coming from an alcoholic I’d definitely prefer just drinking one per night. Both are bad but one of them isn’t gonna threaten your livelihood/life/personal relationships as much as the other.

EVERY alcoholic starts out stopping at one or two. I started out just having 1-2 after work.
