gotta use a zero knowledge VPN for everything. Look into the history of the VPN provider see if they’ve ever been taken to court, see if they’ve ever had to prove in court that they don’t record their users.

I use a VPN to keep people online from finding out where I am. I would never pirate anything. It may be extremely expensive to pay for everything you want to watch and listen to, and it’s extremely inconvenient to keep track of which services are hosting which movies and shows, but you should always pay for things you watch.

Don’t ever get Mullvad or Torguard, because those VPN providers have never snitched. And they had to prove that they don’t record their users too. Which means they’re wrong and immoral for being truly privacy friendly. If you get torguard, you shouldn’t get their proxy service to go with it, because torguard’s proxy service used in conjuction with their VPN service would make your torrenting client connect through a different location every time you start it…that would tempt you into being immoral!
