He might pardon one or two here and there, but the bulk will stay locked up. The reason is twofold: Most of the Jan6ers have nothing to bargain with, Trump won’t waste his time pardoning people who he can’t use… These are dangerous people, they have shown that they are willing to attack the government, and that is not what he would want now.
