Personal data servers for Bluesky are fully self-hostable and have official container images, but firehoses (which control your feed) require a bit of tinkering. I’m not sure if Bluesky has published their own algorithm for doing the feed, even though everyone seems to be able to write their own feed algorithm and execute it.
Yes. But even though Bluesky is kinda open source, they’re not making it much easy to self-host. Last I heard, one’s best option for self-hosting was some unofficial and experimental docker image.
