Pardeeville driver arrested for 14th OWI

PORTAGE, Wis. – A 69-year-old drunk driver was arrested for his 14th OWI Monday night, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.
A deputy pulled over Robert Dolgner, from Pardeeville, in the Town of Lowville for “an equipment violation” at approximately at 9:20 p.m. The deputy conducted an OWI investigation after observing he had possibly been impaired and under the influence. The deputy discovered Dolgner had been allegedly consuming alcohol.
According to police, Dolgner did not have a valid driver’s license and had 13 previous OWIs.
He is currently at the Columbia County Jail and faces these following charges:
Operating while intoxicated 14 offense
Failure to install ignition interlock device
Operating after revocation
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Violation of probation
Misdemeanor bail jumping
