Today’s game is some more Red Dead Redemption 2. I went and dead a side activity where i went fishing. I love the fishing in this game because they managed to make it so calming while fun to do. Combine that with the story elements of the Side Activity and it is one of the best fishing activities in games in my opinion.
This fishing activity had me go fishing with Javier. We rode out to this little creek and caught some bass. I wasn’t catching much, but i suspect that was scripted because a short cutscene plays where Javier gives Arthur some bait to use and then i started catching a ton. I think it may have been bugged just a little though because i had to respawn by dynamite fishing first in order to get the cutscene.
Another thing i did was the quest where Arthur gets kidnapped. Right before the cutscene i got this fun shot of a Vulture eating a dead animal. I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence or not, but i don’t believe i’ve ever seen it happen before.
And finally i got this pretty photo of the moon on my way back from being kidnapped. I don’t think i’ve ever gone this way before where i pass by the bridge (usually i just book it on foot in one direction until arthur passes out), but it was a pretty sight to see.
Such an incredible game, and utterly beautiful. Perfect to show off in screenshots like this
What do you think is its best feature?
Of the game? The hunting has always been my favourite aspect, although I’d say the world building is objectively the best part of the game.
Of your screenshots? The way the light filters through the branches in the first one and the shadows they create
