Two weeks isn’t enough time to train someone to handle over 1200 people and our menu. I do not work a conventional kitchen, as I already said.

Moving the goalposts makes it seem like you never wanted to go in the first place. Or maybe you’ve been beaten down by the system so much that you think this one day at your job is more important than the government being dismantled?
