Ate it with tons of maple syrup (man this is fucking expensive here in Germany…). Pan is a petromax FP25.

    Nice! My SO and I usually make a berry compote to go with a Dutch baby (plus maple syrup, of course). Just simmer some berries (fresh or frozen) with sugar and citrus (zest and/or juice of lemon, lime, orange) for 15 minutes or so while you preheat the oven and make the Dutch baby.
