Civil wars do not seize statehouses, they seize states. What you are talking about would end up killing huge numbers of trans people, along with all of the other people getting caught in the crossfire. I’m not sure that’s the best way to advocate for them.
And how successful do you think a bunch of lawmakers doing that would be? They’re not trained soldiers.
