wholeheartedly recommend the expanse book/series. its not the most complex of books, but like the TV show, it’s easy to pick up, read when you want, has a sci-fi action thriller vibe and has a strong, solid plot. it’s the book that got me right back into recreational reading, and haven’t stopped since :)
