The point they are making is “we don’t want them, and neither do you, so don’t try and take the moral of high ground” Israel has tried to give Gaza ti Egypt. They won’t take it.

Well that’s the the point. They don’t want to take Palestinian refugees because they’ve attacked Egypt and caused various problems.
