I remember under the Obama admin, how Putin made the teabaggers just about swoon. Several would even use him shirtless on that horse as their avatar and talk about how much more manly Putin was as opposed to Obama (who, in the RW imagination, is simultaneously a dictator and also very weak and unmanly), how he’s making Russia great with all the anti-gay, pro-xtian, pro-white stuff he is doing there.
Donnie diapers, or at least someone he has doing the real work, have to know how much Putin excites the teabaggers in their swimsuit areas, so maybe that explains this image.
