Interesting. From what I recall he was not even indicted by the grand jury in that case, but do you have more details to substantiate your claim? I do find it odd that he would do that, given that his sister at 18 was raped and murdered.

The girl admitted it to her parents who went to the police, she wouldn’t testify though.
