    Sony needs an internal Common Sense Regulator. Like, every action they’re considering that involves customers, has to be approved by them first.

    “Shit. We’ve been breached and PII is leaked. We should keep this quiet.”

    “Actually, we’ll tell our customers everything.”

    “Shit. We’ve been breached again and all the services are down. Act cool.”

    “Actually, we’ll let the customers know what’s going on immediately.”

    “We will pull all this content.”

    “Actually, we won’t.”
