I’ve cross-bred eight different dogs with various species of fox, so they all count independently.

    Also, jesus christ the smell.

Foxes are “prominent poopers” and I have several areas in my (rural) yard where foxes proudly display their turds. Atop an 8x8 fence post, a raised cement culvert opening, a mound of loam I never got around to landscaping with. They are replaced every few days, I find myself noticing the seasonal diets of the local foxes. It’s lizards, small rodents and fruit for the most part. Very occasionally birds.

He pooped in my window well and it looked like he shat out 3 full mice, hopefully this doesn’t become a thing.

I get a lot of rabbits in my yard, and he’s been visiting for a while to hunt them without leaving poops like this.

(Edit: actually I think it’s a she, there’s a den about 200m from my house and she had two kits last year, if you went for a walk in the morning you would often see them chasing rabbits in and out of the tall grass)

Is that possible? I’ve heard of coydogs, coywolves, and wolf/dog hybrids, but haven’t heard of fox hybrids…

No idea. I was just in it for a joke. I know folks who have foxes as pets, though, and they really produce a pungent effect.
