Switched phones and upgraded Android OS. Same Google account, released purchase from old phone, uninstalled from old phone. Still no luck. It’s been a couple of weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

SOLVED!

Seems if you go to purchase it again through the app you’ll find a restore instead of purchase available. Seems restore under settings is having issues. Best of luck.

    If you tap the subscription option you originally purchased, Google will show an “already purchased” error and then Sync should recognize your Ultra status.

      This did it! Thanks so much. On my end I didn’t see an error, but instead of “purchase” it said “restore”. Guess the other restore option under settings isn’t playing well with the play store right now?

        I’m not sure what’s wrong with the restore button, but it’s never worked for me.

    What helped me personally was: add the exact same Lemmy account which was active when you purchased Sync, and restore from its settings.

    For me it was “Settings -> Other -> Restore purchases” after pressing it it was restored because I was logged in into the same Google Account on my phone as on the old phone.

      No luck, sadly. Getting, “no purchases found.” I appreciate the advice.
