Assembly Bill 1757 will make businesses prioritize digital accessibility and foster access for all people. I completely disagree with this article but I think it is important to know about the fear-mongering being used by the other side to try to drum up support to kill this legislation. We need to stand up for disability rights and web accessibility.

This is the same fear-mongering pro-capitalist garbage that Jakob Nielsen has been peddling. This bill is like 508, it’s about equal access for the disabled and should not be demonized in propaganda pieces like this.
