The Puerto Rican flag was designed in the late 18 hundreds but banned by the US. It references the cuban flag.

This basic Puerto Rican flag design came about in the 1890’s.

Not having the triangulation would indicate it was closer to the Texas flag, but really they are all Americans so I dont know why anyone would care
