This is absolutely something Quark would do and I can see the smirk on his face when telling Odo about the hu-man tradition.

No cops at Pride
Damn, if only. Houston’s Pride Parade looks like someone threw rainbow colors on a fucking North Korean military display.
We’ve got all the oversized MRAP heavy armored vehicles grinding up the pavement under colorful banners. We’ve got the horse cops tacked out in rainbow kit. We’ve got those big armored personal carriers done up bright. Police drones and helicopters. Fleets of police SUVs. If the HPD had a long range ballistic missile, we’d know about it because it would be in the damned Pride parade.
It is Texas, after all.

How so
Everything about this creeps me out. For instance, why does Quark have big blue eyes but Sisko has black dots? Why is the doctors head backwards? Why are the heads huge?
Strange. I think this is probably just the result of creativity and artist liberties
It’s sort of a tumblr art style. They’re either deliberately ignoring perspective (a perfectly valid thing to do on purpose especially in cartoons) or maybe didn’t learn it. I think it looks fine fwiw. What’s bad is when people who draw like this start animating… Then you get Steven Universe’s wildly different proportions scene-to-scene.
I’ve got a friend who draws comics. When he draws our group, for some reason my head is always fucking huge. We’ve laughed about it and he’s tried to draw mine smaller. It just happens that way every time. Cracks us up.
