Parkitect is probably the closest modern reincarnation of Roller Coast Tycoon 1/2. The focus is very much on tycoon gameplay in an isometric worldview.

Originally released in 2018 (after more than two years of early access), the game continues to receive many updates and has a strong community of custom content. Multiplayer support was added in December 2020.
