How can you pretend to espouse leftist ideas then comeback and defend Russia. The common factor between far right and tankies is they both effectively back authoritarianism. Russia is not a communist country. It’s not a form of government to be admired.

If you really want to advocate for leftism, push ideals that work not countries as an example. As far as I count, it’s still zero successful countries that didn’t end up dystopian dictatorships.

Yes capitalism sucks without some socialism. Plenty of great examples of that.

I am not pretending to be ‘left’ nor do I force myself to meet anyones moving standards for such labels, I would suggest that you do the same.

Many that may share my views are looking past the US propaganda pushed on us since birth, we have come to understand the reality of what pushing for endless wars have done to the working class; the owner class continues to make maximum profits on working class deaths, which in turn continues to create massive devastation in our society, a ripple effect that may take decades or pretty quickly when looking at the region of the wars.

Careful when falling for the smears and red scare tactics of the status quo, I do not falt the working class for seeing US propaganda as truth, but we must continue to question those with power and influence, not matter the country.
