    I mean yeah. If a link is broken then it’ll be removed since they don’t like having results give 404. If you block their crawler, it’ll delist you. It’s not rocket science.

    I thought this was only while twitter blocked people without accounts from accessing it? Is this still happening? I see the tweet is from earlier this month.

      I believe Twitter changed the policy back to allow people without accounts to see tweets. I don’t have an account and links were working for the last few weeks.

        That’s what I mean. I was under the impression that google wasn’t able to scrape twitter because they (twitter) were blocking access. I just assumed that the tweet in the OP was no longer true due to twitter allowing it again

        You can see tweets with a direct link. But you can browse something feed i think

        I haven’t been able to see anything on Twitter for weeks. It always asks me to log in.

          I’ve seen a few links to Twitter and they’ve loaded for me. I haven’t used Twitter in a while and deleted my account a few months ago so it’s definitely not logged in.

    Great. I hate twitter links in my search feed and i am often too lazy to write -twitter
