WOW that is a difference. We keep getting rain in the high country that is heading down river to these reservoirs, too.

My partner’s poor outdoor flowers are not having fun but I keep telling her it is better than being on fire.
My brother’s yard is absolutely gloriously full of wildflowers right now and it’s definitely better than triple checking to make sure my hot exhaust pipe isn’t going to catch the grass on fire when I’m there.
Yeah, the front range looked great when I was there last week for the Nuggs game. We are still barely clinging to 40’s for lows. Im just growing my peppers indoors this year it looks like.
Every time we get another storm rolling through there’s new snow on Pike’s Peak and it’s honestly great to not have to worry about everything being on fire. I’ve been enjoying the cool weather lately too. I don’t feel like I’m going to spontaneously combust every time I go on a hike though it’s getting harder to find trails that aren’t absolute mud or under water lately.
