Fernando Alonso has expressed a hope that Aston Martin team-mate Lance Stroll will be given a competitive car in F1 to “change the opinion of many people”.

If Stroll was given a good car and he suddenly came off entirely differently and it turns out bad drivers have been good this whole time and it was just the cars being divas then I will change everything I think about the sport.
He can change my opinion of him, if he admits he’s shit and quits. He’s no worse than Zhou or Bottas, yet they quite rightly don’t have seats. I wonder what the difference is.
I don’t know about changing my opinion but he blew my fucking mind in Brazil.
