    Most of those also have blocking, so I think the relationship between dodge and block is essential in those cases.

    A good dodge doesn’t feel better or worse than a block, just useful for different scenarios.

    We rarely see the animation for it, but Ultrakill’s dodge/dash mechanic gives me the warm fuzzies

    I don’t know what’s best, but I know FF7 Remake’s annoys me because I always expect it to have i-frames, but it doesn’t.

    Been playing ff16 and the dodges in that game feel pretty clean
