Reminds me of when I took a photography class. The first assignment was to take a “bad” photo, making all attempts to fuss with stutter speed, focal length, exposure, etc. One of my classmates took a series of photos similar to this, and it was my favorite. So many possible stories came from her shots.

This feels nostalgic for that time.
