This time it’s the original series - season 2, episode 3.
At the time this aired, “every episode of Star Trek” meant TOS, TAS, five movies, and maybe the first few episodes of TNG.
(Also, the captions are a little off. The kid said, “We’ve seen”.)
Now the epic one is Gargoyles, where many Trek actors are in it (including Mulgrew, Spiner, Dorn, and Brooks).
Two of the main villains are played by (and they work together sometimes), weirdly enough, Frakes and Sirtis.
There’s an episode where Frakes’ character is out of jail and threatens revenge upon the main characters, and one responds, “With you and what Starfleet?”
So, this dapper looking fellow?
Edit: or his purple friend?
If my boyfriend was wearing something that outrageous when I got home, I’d be delighted.
Which one? “The walking Jamaican tapestry” or “I whip my hair back and forth”?
Why pick just one?
Dad son of Bod
TV’s Son of TV’s Frank?
TIL that was Patton Oswalt!
Kinda wish he’d thrown in a Trek tie-in to that Marvel/Star Wars filibuster from Parks and Rec. Also, his short run as stop-motion M.O.D.O.K was fun, albeit fuckin’ weird.
He was certainly a better MODOK than the MODOK from Ant-Man.
I don’t understand how seeing Star Trek would make them unafraid of Shredder. I am only unafraid of Shredder because I’ve seen TMNT and know he’s a bit incompetent. 🤷🏻♂️
A touch short-sighted.
“Shredder, if you bring this place down, you’ll kill all of us!”
The funny part is how him taking the mutagen also beefed up his armor and blades.
