        It doesn’t look like mold, maybe top left but it’s blurry so impossible to tell. Looks like old paint and general dust/grime.

        Mold would also grow under picture frames. Frames would prevent dust getting underneath.

      Looks more like a bad paint job. Those features are exactly the size of a paint roller. They are also everywhere. And are only missing where you can’t roll (corners).
