A police officer was sacked from the force for “turning a blind eye” to her boyfriend and fellow constable using cocaine for at least a year before he was caught.

PC Chloe Fitton was found guilty of gross misconduct today after a misconduct hearing at Merseyside Police HQ. Fitton declined to attend the hearing, according to her barrister, and did not give evidence in her defence.

    I despise cops as much as the next guy but she was basically fired for not snitching on a victimless crime 🤦
