I’d argue it’s quite the opposite.

accuracy of data is questionable cause after 12 days without visiting toilet you would die ☠

Nah, a friend of mine has a bowel condition and he poops about once every two weeks. I shudder to imagine what it’s like when it actually happens though.

I hope your replapse on that second addiction is the only word ending on “lapse” you’ll experience.

Find the Lemmy user “mizu”. They’ve been posting things about needing to hold in their poo for several days and it’s become a huge meme on Lemmy. Still not sure they are serious or if it’s performance art

Congrats. It ain’t easy (I’m assuming you had a problem and aren’t quitting for fun, lol) but it does get a little easier everyday. Remember not to drop your guard, though, because that addict is just waiting for a chance to grab the wheel again!

One of my grandfather’s started smoking when he was 11 years old. But then after he got married to his wife he got a call from his wife’s doctor while he was at home and was told his wife had asthma.

He quit smoking half way through a cigarette and never touched any tobacco products again.

Just felt like sharing that for inspiration in case anyone might have a problem with their efforts to quit smoking.

congratz man it’s really hard to get clean, everything is a trigger to smoke once you get the habit. I’m planning to quit as well but I am dreading that first week so bad, gotta get my gym membership before doing it to make it last
