Lewis Edwards, then a police officer with South Wales Police, has been revealed as one of Wales’ most prolific sex offenders with around 210 victims aged between 10 and 16 years old. When he was finally arrested by the force who employed him, Edwards was found with more than 3,000 indecent images of children he had been communicating with on Snapchat.
