I would just like to say, I personally saw a video of her giving a handjob to a guy and vaping in a theater and subsequently being thrown out. The day after it happened, before the video was made public, she said it was all lies and a smear campaign. Then the video was released. My last one was PS4 and I regret buying it now. I had like 40 games for PS3 and I thought I would probably repeat with PS4 but and at the end of the day, I only was interested enough to get 9 games. I’m just way too into doing things on the PC now and there’s just not enough exciting exclusive content to justify consoles for me.
Same, circa 2012-2014 somewhere. As soon as Netflix stopped focusing on making sure they gave you access to more and more titles and started making their own TV shows instead, I knew exactly what was up. I cancelled, ripped all my DVDs, built a Plex server and started collecting media using alternative sources. 🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️

I really only need Elite Dangerous and I’ll be happy. I’m going from an OG Vive so having no tether and 150g less weight around my face is gonna be just great. But I’m also excited to try new stuff I wouldn’t have dreamed to try in the OG with the tether, like Beat Saber. Being able to do it anywhere, so I can pick the biggest room in the house instead of being limited to the one that has the computer is just like a whole different level.

I find it telling that Trump has not been able, in this second term, to do what he appeared to do so easily in his first term (lower interest rates). Republicans pass up no opportunity to deride the post office and they defund it/depopulate it every chance they get. I was just at the post office, huge post office in a major metro that’s always been very busy. It now has only one of three buildings open, half the lights off inside it and one clerk at the counter. The line is always out the door. Meanwhile several people in line, quite obviously Republicans (old, white, obnoxious/noisy), are bitching and moaning about how shit the post office is. Republicans are stupid, shitty, worthless people.
I didn’t understand this so I looked it up. The game literally can run on the headset’s mobile chipset, no computer needed. Possible through foveated rendering. Absolutely insane. And there are 131 verified titles at launch.

Well, I mean, it’s twice the resolution (2160 vs 1080), half again more on the refresh rates (144 vs 90 Hz), weighs 150g less (409 vs 555 g) and it doesn’t have fresnel lenses - if the whole “completely wireless, lighthouse-free, works standalone or with your computer and can stream” wasn’t enough of an upgrade lol. It is for me, I put myself on the list for a 256.
Aside from the tether, which is just a pain in the ass, I won’t miss the screen door effect and the god rays.
I bought an OG Vive about 5 years ago on Craigslist for $300 and honestly, it’s still usable and a very representative experience of what VR can do, in my opinion. Looks like it can be had for under $200 these days.
