These are so broad, it’s nearly every career field.
But also yes, layoffs everywhere are getting very bad.

Oh the things that already got ridiculously expensive? Sure let’s make them unattainable.

And also I rank you the greatest President ever.

Do you think Minecraft and Roblox get DMCA takedown notices from each other?
Fucking Kris Kobach, the attorney general in KS.
He has a program that checks if you haven’t voted in awhile, if your address doesn’t match, if you were registered somewhere else and didn’t tell them you moved (does anyone do this?).
And if you have a common name, you’re probably going to get removed from the registers every single time since it’s a very flawed system.
Many conservative states joined his program.

Because of monopolies and corporations, farmers are being pushed out, the only way for some farmers to afford to do it is to use licensing agreements like his.
They license the rights and get a payment up front or a monthly payment to help them with huge initial costs.

He sublicensed the right to sell the fruit back in 2017 but, then signed a marketing agreement with the Fruit company said only they can market and sell it.
His agreements seem to contradict each other.
Lots of people don’t read what they sign. But it’s also shitty of the company to trick him like that.
Read everything you sign. If you don’t understand, get a lawyer to read it.
I recently started reading Separation of Church and Hate by John Fugelsang. I highly recommend it, especially if you aren’t religious. I saw the author on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and he convinced me to read it.
The book is about why Christian Nationalists are wrong. They’ve stolen Christianity from true Christians.
It gives you the tools and knowledge to debate those people by analyzing verse from the Bible more closely with the context to the era.
Some things you might not know that I learned:
Jesus was a Palestinian.
Paul never met Jesus. His books of the bible were actually letters he wrote to someone else about the scripture. His words about the scripture weren’t meant to be applied to his own letters.
The Bible often contradicts itself. Sometimes, in the same book. Paul, for example, wrote that women should be submissive and never speak, but then he had a female deacon.

By this logic, we should stop arresting people for attempted murder because it didn’t work anyway.

I sent a request to AFL CIO to get info on starting a union and they didn’t respond. I filled out the form on their site and heard nothing back.

It’s a fantastic job for a teenager. I had a great experience before joining management.

If killing horses isn’t your thing, what about the fact that they spend $3000 capturing the horses and sell them for $25?
The number isn’t the point of the article tho. Neither is the money loss.
It’s the fact that killing wild horses is illegal. They tried to buy a gas chamber and realized they couldn’t so they started selling them to a middleman first who man who sends them off to slaughter.
This way they can kill horses but claim they didn’t.

I can top that.
They are capturing and selling horses off to slaughter, at a severe loss. They spend up to $3,000 to capture wild horses then sell middlemen for $25. Those dudes then sell the houses abroad to slaughter plants for $750.
There’s absolutely no fucking reason to do this. They tried to buy gas chambers for to kill the horses faster.

EDIT: Sorry, I just realize my comment is not related to work reform. I just wanted to point out how much more evil and cruel these people are. They are vile.
It’s not the employees fault. It’s shitty big box stores that don’t pay a living wage. The only people that want to work there are old ass retired men who just want to drink coffee in the rental center.
But also, men:
Signed,
A woman who used to work for a big box hardware store

Here’s a “fun” semi-not relevant fact. Movie theaters were excluded from playing OT in the Fair Labor Act in the US.
They were able to lobby congress when it was drafted and said they couldn’t afford it. Most people who work there are part time and it’s fine, but assistant managers and other full-time non-salaried positions get screwed.
Source: I was an assistant manager at Regal Theaters in the mid-late 2000s. I did not get OT. I made something like $6/hr.
I don’t have enough information, but assuming your battery is compatible, can you just rotate it so that the terminals line up again?
Are you in a cruise ship? That’s what this reminds me of.
You won’t watch it much anyway. They just play the same 4 movies on repeat during the entire trip
Wait until you find out between the discrepancy between House districts across states. Theres a special formula used to calculate the number of districts each state gets but it’s kinda BS and still ends up with unfair distribution.
It’s all because it was capped in the early 20th century instead of just being properly rebalanced.
WI has 1 house rep for every 575k people and CA gets 1 for every 750k people. If it was distributed evening based on the state with the lowest population, CA would get something like an extra 15 votes.
*Note - My numbers could be off a bit. I actually did the math myself several months ago. I didn’t look it up to write this, I just am remembering off the top of my head
Yeah I find this meme kind of offensive.
And also it makes so damn sense bc Anakin didnt give birth and didn’t have any kids when he was being evil.
No.
