Hostile architecture is among the symptoms of the hostile modern city, where neighbours never say hi, and people die on the streets as people walk passivly by.

    Whatever measures are appropriate to the situation I imagine.

    In this case the hostile architecture doesn’t help anyone, and an appropriate action could be destroying and adding to it as necessary to fix the problem.
