Ukraine's embassy in Mexico has asked the government to arrest Russian President Vladimir Putin if he attends the October 1 inauguration of President-elect Claudia Sheinbaum.
Anybody in the Russian leadership, who has the power to declare a war against the US, Netherlands, Mexico and/or NATO also has the power to replace Putin. So why would they try to bring Putin back, so Putin can take their power?
