    No you are correct, one of the RDNA 4 cards is supposed to launch in Q4.
    Prolific leaker"Moore’s law is dead" did a video of a leak on what he thinks is probably the 8800 XT.

    EDIT: I think there’s a bit more info on the release date in one of the chapters of his latest video.
