minus-squaremesamuneOPlinkEnglish2•edit-22 days agoAll the data is from last year to this year (IE 1 years worth of differences). And this is averaged out, so 2.0+ rent increase or decrease over a large area is a HUGE number. What I would like to see is vacancy rates in the same areas.
