Amazingly, the man may have never known about his unique anatomy, as the discovery was only made after his body was donated to science, and his external genitalia appeared perfectly normal.
My wife had her gall bladder removed several years ago. Her parents and I went to the hospital, and the surgeon explained this is one of the simplest surgeries, one hour tops.
