I was wondering! To be fair, Tuxedo Masks IS a phantom thief. :)

But the skinny body and fluffy hair, which looks more like his Sailor Moon Crystal design, makes him look a bit more like Joker from Persona 5.

… I’m a huge fan of the phantom gentleman thief concept… XD;
