Stop buying corporate gravy. It’s mostly fillers and it’s over priced. Take some meat tea left over from the cooking process, add some flour to make a roux, add some premade stock you canned up the last time you had leftover bones because you always try to buy meat with bones since it’s got more flavor and is generally a better cut of meat.
I haven’t bought a gravy packer my entire adult life. I go to KFC maybe twice a year and that’s pretty much my only exposure to premade gravy.
But I’m also way more likely to eat biscuits and gravy than the other kind of gravy.
