The 26-year-old suspect has been charged in an 11-count indictment in New York with first-degree murder in the Dec. 4 killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

My guess is they use the commerce clause to make it federal.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.

9. No link shorteners.
