I just look at new releases with the following tags: “management”, “citybuilder” and “economy”. I only post stuff that looks interesting or is at least novel in some way or form.
You get a lot of junk too. The [X Simulator]-type fly by night cashgrab games, games from other genres that have simple management elements and are a not good fit for this community (or my interests for that matter) and NSFW games.
You could automate this process, but then you would have more junk and from my understanding ML derived headline descriptions can be subpar.
Honestly, I am just trying to develop a niche community on Lemmy. The reddit sub is one of the places I still go on reddit, albeit it has different feel to it compared to this community.
