SpaceX hasn’t delivered an ounce to orbit with Starship, so we can’t say anything about how efficient reusability in heavy lift rockets is. The Falcon nine is impressive, but it’s not fully reusable, even though it was planned to be from the start.
Blue origin hasn’t blown up billions of dollars worth of rockets to “test” their vehicles.
