Yeah, there was a lot of bad shit going on—well, just as much there is now—but we actually noticed because nothing much else was going on in western countries. Clinton getting a gobby was a massive deal, otherwise it was watching the Gulf War, Kosovo War, Rwanda genocide, etc.
