They mentioned “Cold Harbor” a couple times in previous episodes, Helena and Corbel, who ever the fat dude is, basically discussions amongst higher management. I initially thought this was the greater plan, the ultimate goal the innies are kept in the dark about. Milkchick and before him Corbel are put under tremendous pressure to complete it. But now I realize they don’t know any better. Cold Harbor is nothing more than one of these files the MDR is working on every quarter, it’s important and mysterious. Milkchick and even Helena don’t know any more than that.
