Most of what you said is factually incorrect. You can get nearly all nutrients you need from just eating the right amount of fruits, veggies, grains and legumes. The only supplements you need are:
B12. Non-vegans only get this from animal sources because the animals are given supplements on their behalf. It used to come from bacteria, but sanitization basically eliminated that. Also, many plant-based foods are enriched with B12 these days
D3. Most non-vegans should probably take this as well, due to lack of sunlight.
