    I’ve had dandelion leaves boiled (to soften them) and then sautéed in oil, garlic, red pepper, and some other herbs. Honestly they were way way better than I was expecting, a kind of unexpected but not unpleasant flavor. My regular grocery store sells dandelion greens though.
