Gov. Greg Abbott has rebuffed demands to remove a floating barrier that Mexico and US officials warned would become a 'death trap' for migrants.

Abbott ‘has the blood of a child on his hands,’ a congresswoman said. ‘No good person would do this,’ said Mexico President López Obrador.

    Nope. I’ll bite: death isn’t the answer to breaking the law in a way that doesn’t immediately hurt anyone. What a dunder-headed take.
